Our services
ClaimXperts provides roofing insurance claim supplement and estimating services to roofing contractors. The scope, pricing and other terms of any engagement are set by the separate agreement between ClaimXperts and the contractor. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Website content
Guides, checklists, notes and other resources on this website are general information for roofing contractors. They are not legal, insurance or engineering advice, and results on any claim depend on its facts, the policy and the carrier. You may use the resources in your own business, but may not republish or sell them without our permission.
ClaimXperts CRM
- The CRM is an internal tool for ClaimXperts team members and the clients we work with. Access is by invitation only, and accounts may not be shared.
- A client that connects its business email account authorizes ClaimXperts to send job-related emails from that account on its behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. The client can remove that access at any time.
- You agree not to misuse the CRM or the website, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including Google user data.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and CRM are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimXperts disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or CRM. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation ClaimXperts has under a signed service agreement.
