ClaimXperts, LLC (“ClaimXperts,” “we,” “us”) provides roofing insurance claim supplement and estimating services to roofing contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 29, 2026.
Information we collect
- Job and claim information that contractors send us to perform supplement work, such as homeowner and property details, claim and policy numbers, insurance carrier and adjuster contacts, estimates, photos, measurements and related documents.
- Contact information you submit on this website or send us by email or phone, such as your name, company, email address and phone number.
- Work account information for our own team members who sign in to our internal systems.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by our website and hosting providers, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
We use information only to provide our supplement and estimating services, communicate with contractors and insurance carriers about jobs, invoice for our services, respond to inquiries, and operate and secure our systems. We do not sell personal information.
ClaimXperts CRM and Google user data
Our internal CRM can connect to a client’s business Gmail account so that job emails our team writes in the CRM are sent from that client’s mailbox. When a mailbox owner connects their account:
- We request only Google’s send-only Gmail permission (gmail.send), plus the basic sign-in information needed to confirm which mailbox was connected.
- The permission is used only to send emails that our team composes in the CRM for that client’s jobs. The CRM cannot and does not read, search, store, modify or delete any email in the mailbox.
- The access permission Google provides is stored encrypted, is accessible only to our CRM, and is never shared with or sold to anyone.
- Google user data is not used for advertising and is not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- ClaimXperts’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- A mailbox owner can remove access at any time in their Google Account (Security > Third-party apps & services) or by asking us, and we will delete the stored permission.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to do the work: with the contractor who engaged us, with the insurance carriers and adjusters handling the claim, and with service providers that host or operate our systems (such as website hosting, cloud hosting and email). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Security and retention
Our systems require verified sign-in, limit access to the people who need it, and encrypt sensitive credentials. We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet our business and legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices and contact
